When working with Buyers we look for the one house that is 100% right for their lifestyle and needs. Buyers walk through houses looking to see if "the fit is right". I walk behind them looking for problems or shortcomings - if there are any, they will hear about them first from me.

Buyers look for the right house that meets their needs today. I'm looking for the right house that meets their needs today and be a house that we can resell later!

Be it Selling or Buying, the process always leads to the settlement table. The deed is transferred, the loan papers are signed and the settlement costs are reviewed. The best "Settlement" is a boring settlement. The seller and the buyer get exactly what they expected. There are no last minute surprises. From day one, I'm working towards this end.
