I found it very refreshing to find someone that still believes in "the right thing to do." In a time when greed so often wins out over morality, Dan's behavior was very commendable and I have communicated this experience to several of my colleagues.
Throughout the entire process, it has been evident that Dan is a person of good moral character. His concerns have always been those of the sellers and not of himself. Dan leaves me with the impression that he is truly a seller's "friend" while they are going through the process of selling their home. I believe that any seller would be lucky to have Dan list their home. I would be pleased to work with Dan in the future.
